lifting look good but in the long run it will break anything sa ilalim talaga ball joints ma ona tested na yan meron talaga masisira in 1ookm odo and meron na naman oag 150km
Strada user here. Bought my strada way back march 2019 and lifted my strada on oct 2019. I use tough dog foam cell shock with 12mm leveling kit sa harap. Naka 17x8.5 at naka 275/70/r17 na bfg. Until this 2024, wala akong napalitan sa pang ilalim. Around 92km na siya. This april, nagpalit ulit ako ng mags, suspension at tyres. Nagamit ko na siya from Cagayan to Bicol. Cagayan to any point of Manila. Cagayan to Launion-Baguio. Yung 2017 Fortuner namin, naka 2-inch din at naka suspension and tyres upgrade, pero naka dalawang palit na ball joint kami don.
Do you need to put a spacer on the ball joint as well on these new models? My 2013 trojan has 25mm strut spacers 10mm ball joint spacer on top arm can be a 20mm if on 17' wheels and heavy duty springs+dampers all round with an extra leaf and it rides great
I bought a Yokohama tire, 315 12.5 R17 or 315 70 R17, I'm going to lift the l200 year 2021 in 2 inches and put 38mm front and 32mm rear wheel spacers. Will I have to make some adaptation? Thank you very much!
Take note of your front cv axle angle when lifting up, if your rubber boots start to rub n wear better install a diff drop kit or else your cv joints will pre-mature wear out.
Boleh bos, saya punya triton lite pun saya kasi lift up 3 inch, dpan spacer 3” & blakang double shackle 3”. Saya belum add on spring leaf lagi. Saya tidak minat main thailook so sy kasi tinggi saja .
@@WeekendWarriorX glad to hear that , did you compare with other brands prior to your purchase though? im new in the truck segment hahaha.... so just seeing your channel for advise
Have you install differential drop kit? At that height, Its gonna put a lot of stress on your drive shaft.. nothing major.. just that it would wear out prematurely.. That ive been told.. that's why i still saving my budget for my truck lift up.. lot to do, require lots of money too..🤣🤣🤣🤣 BTW.. nice truck man.. 👍👍👍👍
I have notice my cv rubber boot has some rubbing marks recently, but anyhow I have order diff drop kit from Thailand and will be posting the video soon.
I’m no expert in this but i did ask the shop which I bought the lift kit, the owner said is not necessary to do diff drop for the front on this 2020 model Triton as the angle is still sufficient.
@@WeekendWarriorX thank you. planning to lift up 3” suspension, but not thinking do change absorber will use 80mm spacer and upper arm for front and spring block and shaker for rear
Solid truck for the money, just can't get past the ugly nose 👃 I like the 10 year warranty, but unfortunately if you go get an oil change anywhere else it reverts to the usual 5 years, that brings up maintenance costs I bet those dealership services cost way more than your usual mechanic

What upper control arm did you use for 3 inch lift? I need to get a long one, because too much negative camber
2” upper control arms by “Option” i am really pushing the limit on this upper arm and slight negative camber.
It looks awesome !!!
