3800 Series II Valve Cover Replacement pt:1 Front Bank Removal and Installation

We will be replacing the Valve Cover Gaskets on this 1995 Oldsmobile 88 with the 3800 Series II V6 by GM. This is a common issue with all 3800 and left unchecked can start a fire.

I have a firebird with the 3800. I decided to do this job and now it has random misfire at idle. I've redone it like 3 times and messed with loads of other things. Do you know about anything that would cause this?
