  • 🦊 In this GCSE Biology video, we explain the concept of species and how they are defined based on the ability to interbreed and produce fertile offspring. Using examples like horses and donkeys, it illustrates that while they can produce offspring (mules), the offspring is infertile, indicating they are different species. Conversely, dog breeds like French bulldogs and pugs can interbreed and produce fertile offspring, demonstrating that they belong to the same species.
