This is built on a Lot Size of 50 x 50
It has no CC and has 6 bedrooms you could even make the playroom into a bedroom if you need more space! There is a bathroom for every bedroom too 😊

I cant stand building for the life of me, but i can totally see myself playing in this house with my current family. At the moment they are pretty poor, so they couldnt affort it, but maybe soon they are able to.
I also very much agree with you. Sims3 delivers so much content and creativity with just how it works. Create a style is a godsend feature in my opinion.
But CC gives builds that extra touch. Makes it feel a little more comfy, maybe modern. Nothing crazy for sure, but i get what you mean here :)
Personally i am fine with a video being that long. Its just chill and fun to watch. But i totally get when people dont wanna watch videos that are too long either.
