I have a picture of my Grandfather and his brother standing aside the Dunabe River near Linz. He was apart of the 11th armored division as a T/4.
The photo that is my account avatar is also taken on the Danube at Linz. My grandfather was also 11th Armored Division. Which unit in the 11th was your grandfather in?
@@gistories4145 I am unsure. He passed away when my dad was 18 and his diary was misplaced. My knowledge of his experience is unfortunately limited
