I'm gonna correct what the video creator said. This is on the 2003 leak engine, with modifications. 1999 would have been the Hyperborea map, not the City 17 map. This is more like 2001. Some modifications are: Fixed up WC Mappack map, trenchcoat Metropolice, Gasmask Citizen remakes, and various weapon model modifications.
