Technically, it was 5 years if you include the time that covid kept it from being shown and, in most Disney parks, they're technically suppose to make an effort to change parades and fireworks shows every 5-7 years to keep up with the times. Alot of people are saying "YOu sHOuld GO To ThE PaRK TO watch IT And THen MaKe An opinion" But tbh I already see the true self in this show without seeing with my own tw eyes. Sorry, but this is the worst Disney firework show I've ever witnessed and tbh all of yall who go "OHh THis GeTs tOO mUch HaTe" are try hard Disney fans who can't call out Disneys bluffs at all. The beginning of the show was ok yet it didnt reference anything toward the actual 50th, nothing like "50 years ago" or "a long time ago a man named walt disney made a magic kingdom" blah blah. All it was, was "Tonight we gather in a magical place" etc. The theme song was good and it is actually very catchy and the pyro is decently strong. The bulk of the show had terrible pacing and the music/content was horribly picked. Idk what went through disneys mind to pick songs instead of telling the story of the resort. And many people think "how are u gonna fit in a history in a 15 minute show" but it's been done before, Remember Dreams Come True is an example of a perfect 50th show. The songs they used werent that good because they either didn't fit, or they didnt make sense. Can I also get onto the fact that tinkerbells build up was out of nowhere? Literally it takes 9 seconds to full comprehend tinkerbell was flying in this show. With Wishes and HEA and even Fantasy in the sky they had a build up to where tinkerbell would fly out and yet theres none here. It was like they added her in there out of no where. And when I mean build up I dont mean presentation such as projections I mean like music wise. (Altho I did like the tinkerbell animation on the castle) The main street projections were also a mess and were just not good lmao. They were way better in Disneyland park. (And it's hilarious and stupid on how they come in like so late into the show) The finale had decent build up tbh but even that failed dramatically with that weak blast of shell fireworks on the back lol. With both wishes and HEA they unitilized fantasyland building pyro along with the main shells for the finale and they filled the entire sky while with disney enchantment it isnt present. In conclusion, this is the worst fireworks show disney has ever shown. I even go as so far as to place it below fantasy in the sky. Disneyland forever is some what similar to this but even that is better. Anyways I rest my case, queue the annoying Disney fanatics ❤😍
Definitely the most disappointing show. It started off well enough, but just got progressively more boring. And that butchering of Into The Unknown is downright criminal. The finale is really good, though. So that redeems it a little bit. But over all I really don’t like this show at all. After the absolutely AMAZING Illuminate at Shanghai that celebrates its fifth anniversary I excepted something of that standard, or better, but instead we got this mess. Truly disappointed.
The into the unknown part gave me chills.

(Altho I did like the tinkerbell animation on the castle)
The main street projections were also a mess and were just not good lmao. They were way better in Disneyland park. (And it's hilarious and stupid on how they come in like so late into the show)
The finale had decent build up tbh but even that failed dramatically with that weak blast of shell fireworks on the back lol.
I know that the show is bad, but I'm still having chills for that music finale, I know we can agree with that, right?
Idk what's going on but Disney seems to keep getting better at finales. HEA, Enchantment, and HarmonioUS all had/has KILLER finales!
@@kiwikiwi2483 and then there's Fantasmic!
This is so boring...
I believe fantastic one day come too 2024❤❤❤❤
