kiya outer loop khatam honay k baad inner loop chalti hai , ya jaisay hii 1st condition of outer loop true hoti hai too inner loop start hoti hai? or inner loop k khatam honay k baad baqi outer loop dobara second condition sai start hoti hai? I'm stucked

Dear jab outer loop ki condition true hoti hai toh inner loop start ho jata hai aur iske end hone ke baad he Outer loop ki second condition check hoti hai. Isi tarha yeh work karta hai again and again.
