Mam my baby birth weight was 3.5 kg after 15-20 day's it was same 3.5 kg after a week my baby weight was 3.6 kg.. after birth I gave her breast milk directly only for 7 days after that I started giving both lactogen and hand express breast milk because I got severe breast engorged that to doctors said for surgery for removing lumps from breast..do some how I decided to give lactogen..now totally she is on lactogen her potty is normal everything is normal but day by day she is demanding often feeds..but no weight gain at all now she 3.6 kg only she is 2 month's old now 3 month will start.. I'm financially very low...so suggest some advise plzzz...

Every mother who has to give top feed feels guilty and bad of it initially, v feel bad, when v hear people schooling you And seeing videos that top milk easy hai dena islye u are giving... and u feel that shayad app mehnat nahi kar rahe for feeding..now I have started giving top feed when I saw following points..
1.yellow urine
2.Irriated kid
3.cranky kid
4.weight loss which wasn't increasing for whole 1.5 months
