소창이아니고 대창에다가 속을 야채랑 두부로 채운 순대, 새로운 맛이에요! 되게 맛있어요~
I wish you could name what each part is, some are obvious like pig head, tongue, liver, heart but not sure about the other sundae parts and the different sausage, blood is the dark one but what are the others? This place looks very clean, I’ve seen some other UA-cam videos of sundae and the stalls are filthy. I enjoyed this video but wished you named the items. 💖
I'm sorry CC's explanation was too brief. Black sundae is usually made from small intestine. The brightly colored sundae is made from large intestines of pigs. It was the first time I saw it made with large intestines, but the stuffing inside with vermicelli, vegetables and tofu was also interesting, so I made a video. I'm glad you enjoyed it!
