I fix my stuttering issue by following:- 1. Update your windows 10 to its latest version 2. Update your graphic card drivers ( clean installation ; means removing previous version 3. Restore graphic drivers settings to its default It worked for me guys my specs:- i3 6100 3.7ghz processor GTX1050 TI 4gb graphic card (ZOTAC/Nvidia) 8GB of RAM 2133Mhz clock speed. Simple HDD Hope it would work.
