Nice review as usual! I own a condo in Newcoast on the top floor. Stunning view to wake up. You could see my unit from your hotel room. They opened a Wolfgang steak house recently. It is at 2 mins 19 seconds inro your video. Going to add a lot more restaurants and stores in near future But it is nice it is quiet and not as busy as white beach area. But easy to get t white beach or my fav Diniwid beach. Also another hotel is opening up across from the Belmont hotel called Chancellor hotel. Is a nice place to live. Lot of happy expats living here. Easy to get all around Boracay on the local loop bus called Hopon Hopoff. Costs 600 peso for 15 day pass for locals. Boracay is a great place to live. Have two malls. Newer better is the one with the Robinson's Supermarket and the other is Citymall with Sm Savemore supermarket , a Watson's, and movie theater. Wake up each morning thinking which beach do I want to go to today.
The price of food at Newcoast is eye watering. Was just there a night. Have owned a condo in Diniwid for many years, was staying there while we prepared it after a long time empty

Yes never eat there and the food quality is not good.
