- Moink balls are the perfect party starters, these balls of meaty goodness are sure to ipress at your next BBQ.
These are not a new idea, they have been around for years, the great thing is you can always add your own twist to these by adding your own flavours.
As with all my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home.

20 rashers of streaky bacon
10 cubes of tasty (cheddar) cheese
1 to 2 tablespoons of your favourite BBQ rub

½ cup of your favourite BBQ sauce
