When I look at this performance, it's like seeing a Female Version of The Temptations whose stage presence was nothing short of brilliant. They like The Temptations gave their all.
God Nicola was getting her groove on at 1:32. I loved their stage presence. It kind of reminds me of Bob Fosse (Chicago, How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying, Pippin).
AGREE! AGREE! AGREE!!!! But I love Waiting aswell though. The only other time they performed it was on their Chemistry tour. And they've performed GMS on the WWTNS and Greatest Hits tours. WWTNS version - I just love it.
@Lukester15 When they did their Greatest Hits tour they performed Real Life which was from their album What Will The Neighbours Say, which they also performed on the tour of the same name
Interesting one innit. I get the feeling the studio recording was very one size fits all this is the way we do it the LP will sell with no innovation or though required.
@@MrJacksparrow07I think Sarah was definitely live 95% of the time. The choruses always seem prerecorded to me. Nadine is fantastic but I don't think she has THAT much vocal stamina
Another thing I realized is that during The Bootcamp/Workshop they did back in the Day was what the Acts at Motown did when they started out. If you can, check out Motown Revue at The Apollo in 1963. This was One Year before The Supremes went to Number One with Where Did Our Love Go?
@ILoveGirlsAloud4Ever That's so nice! Were you at the gig then? You are so lucky this is my favourite girls aloud song and I would have loved to have seen them live! x
Whats with everyone going on and on about Cheryl? I don't deny that she's awesome but what about the real voice of the group? Nadine! Everyone seems to be bashing her for her loud voice when the truth of the matter is that SHE'S HAS THE BEST VOICE THERE!!! And she's the only one who always sounds great live! Give her the credit she deserves!
Yes, even Cheryl acknowledged this on Popstars: The Rivals as well as Nicola's voice but Nadine was more Blue Eyed Soul. Her Solo Career never had the same pizazz that Cheryl's did. I would love for her to be a Coach on The Voice, or even work on Pop Idol. Another Show she could have done was Live From Daryl's House where The Singer of Hall & Oates does Jam Sessions with everyone from Cee Lo, Smokey Robinson, and countless others. She'd be perfect on that show.
Nicola made a mistake in her solo album doing a fresh brit pop one instead of getting into burlesque.... she would be the queen, she has the voice and the looks for it
Yes, but maybe she wanted to do what she wanted. I take nothing away from Xenomania who wrote their songs many of which became hits but maybe she felt she could do something 180%. I live in Canada and I only discovered these ladies less than a Year ago. I love them.
this is the best cheryl has sounded, this is her voice range, not like the lines they force on her some times.. and why do people love her so much anyways? im not hating, just saying...
Nicola's vocals are terrible on this song. Her voice is so shrill and she's never suited singing sexy or raunchy songs, she doesn't, and never did have have the right vocal tone. Any of the other 4 should have been given her parts.
Sarah and Cheryl both had a lot of charisma on stage. I really enjoy watching them perform.
I need this song to be performed on tour
I can't stop looking to Cheryl here. she's so attractive and her facial expression is so on point
Naadiiiiineee.................... what a voice!
Nadine is so beautiful! The most beautiful one.
Chimola's dance!! Amazing!

OMG! NADINE IS THE ROCK OF GIRLS ALUD! LOVE ALL THE GIRLS!
I love GA! I can't wait to see Nadine's solo album materialise! It is going to be epic! AH!! A SPIDER!!
God Nicola was getting her groove on at 1:32. I loved their stage presence. It kind of reminds me of Bob Fosse (Chicago, How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying, Pippin).
Not that I mind because I love this song, but I really wonder what made them want to perform this on the tour.
It’s amazing???????
Why has it took me this long to realise how gorgeous Nicola is?
You first saw her aged 16 in 2002; she changed a lot over the years IMHO
@@stevechristie2569 She's come such a long way. She really was a Diamond In The Rough back in the day.
Amazing
i hope from now on they'll bring back an old album track on tour :)
love it, glad they sang it, you can't help but sing along to it.
If I ever met Girls Aloud, I'm sure they'd be frightened cuz I would be sooo crazy!! hah I would be screamin soo loud!
wowowowow! my favorite girls aloud track ever!
AGREE! AGREE! AGREE!!!!

Bit random to include this song, but it sounds amazing!

0:27 cheryl: hot hot hot lol~
i just love her :x
Julian Vo I love them all
I love all their facials on this one. It makes me smile so much. lol
Mine comes tomorrow :) Cant wait!!! xxxx
Cheryl
best tourrrr everrrrr :D
"who wants to come in my candy shop"-cheryl do u really want us to ans that q's? cuz d ans wud be Ä MILLION HELL YEAH!!!!!!!!!
I don't get how they sound better live than they do on their cd's.
Interesting one innit. I get the feeling the studio recording was very one size fits all this is the way we do it the LP will sell with no innovation or though required.
Prerecorded live vocals of imagine for the majority of them. I’d hazard a guess that Nadine, Nicola and possibly Sarah are the most live

I LOVE Cheryl's part @ 2:33 =D

Nicola is the best
1:26 Kimberley sings this with greater punch than on the Chemistry tour of the same song. Vocal training in the meantime??
I want to come to their candy shop...
nope... it is exactly how it was. Sarah sings a tad more harmony in parts but it still is as AMAZING as it was.
@ILoveGirlsAloud4Ever That's so nice! Were you at the gig then? You are so lucky this is my favourite girls aloud song and I would have loved to have seen them live! x
i just love cheryl i cant deney it yeahlove nic line mr magic is not some toy

when is nadine making an albulm ?
I was wondering that too! ;P
did they change who sings the parts of the song? i remembered it was mostly nadine and some of the girls.
The Girls are pretty good Flappers! :)
Someone explain
cheryl couldn't change her shoes!!! did someone notice it??
when they did this song in the chemistry tour Cheryl was wearing white shoes.
And Nicola, she's underatted
yep
This is so random, but I noticed that Kimberley has the Exact same hairstyle every tour....But I love it though=)
I really want to go to Cheryl's candy shop! I love her part... It is so pleasant to listen after that loud Nadine's mess which caused headache for me!
I wonder why Cheryl is still wearing the shoes from the previous section?
ooooww cheryl.... *-*
@MaylaiC i think she forgot it on from her last outfit i love her!!
yea, she's not a twat and she's a very good singer.
This would be a great mashup to The Temptations Girl Why You Wanna Make Me Blue. it was one of their early songs at Motown but it wasn't successful.
Mr. Magic is not some toy!
I think they performed it because it was on they're Girls A Live CD

Sarah is not a twat! She is amazing and she can sing
whats this songs from
If every guy's a dog then baby throw me to the wolves
This song is about sex. Got half way through and realised. I love it.
Maybe a wardrobe malfunction.

I'm totally not meaning to cause offence, so don't think I'm being cheeky, but I doubt she's actually singing.
The mess?? You mean the entire song? The entire song that one girl out of a band of five sang by herself?
