SOMETHING THAT HAS DISAPPEARED IN INDIA.WE SHOULD HAVE A COMMUNITY HALL WITH SPACE FOR SPORTS LIKE TENNIS,SWIMMING,SOCCER ETC AND ALSO SPACE FOR CONDUCTING EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES..A CIRCUMFERENCE OF EVERY 15 KMS SHOULD HAVE A COMMUNITY HALL AT IT'S CENTRE. THAT IS HOW IT WORKS IN EVERY DEVELOPED COUNTRY.
