I "rescued" the spiky balls from my local Dollar Tree. They were scheduled to hit a local landfill where they would have spent an eternity. Major score for me and the environment.
+Melanie Czoka Simmons AWWW a little girls birthday party...my FAV of all times are little children's birthdays. We are all doing good and hope your little princess has the BEST Minnie Birthday ever!!!
What would you add for a 5 year olds tinkerbell pirate fairy movie party I can't find too many ideas and would like some advise. I think the Minnie Mouse theme was cute and extremely beautifully matched for a great kids theme party in the most creative ideas I have scene;)
OMYGOODNESS a Pixie and Pirate Party. Mirabella's (my daughter) 3rd birthday was Pirate theme and her 4th was Tinkerbelle. If it were me I would go to HALOHEAVEN.com and get pixie wings and tutus for the girls. Depending on how many little girls you are having buying pixie wings from halo heaven for .85 cents a piece isn't bad. If the tutus are blowing the budget you can always make them. For the boys I would order pirate hats and swords from shindigz.com I would give the boys their hats when they get to the party but a word to the wise save the swords as a parting gift with their party bags, unless you want them challenging each other the entire party. Since these Items would be given to each child as party favors, my party bags would not be as elaborate. Simple party bags from The Dollar Tree filled with gold chocolate coins, party horns, Pixie sticks and a few tattoos should be ample. If I couldn't find clear pirate bags I would use the clear kind. I would put glitter and tinsel in them to create the look of a bag full of gold and pixie dust. Hope this helps. Sending birthday wishes to your 5 year old...enjoy these young years they go so fast.
Sorry I keep replying to all your older Post's but I'm a fairly new subscriber and the older ones keep poping up along with the new ones...someday I will be caught up I watch your videos everyday so all in due time right...lol :o) Oh...I love the party favors and your God Daughter is Adorable !
Not a problem Lori when I get comments on the older ones it make me revisit them and see how my girls have changed so much. THANKS for watching I appreciate it.
That is an awesome part of having your channel you and your Family will have lots of different memories on video, something I wish I would have had from my childhood :0)
Evelin Shiver me timbers, ye found me treasure! (smile)...I did a pirate theme party for my youngest daughter at an indoor water park and if ANYONE knows ME if it's a theme party I take the theme to the next level. Since we were in the water having fun there was no need for centerpieces but using black velvet and red and white stripes fabric as my main theme I would purchase a really big treasure chest from Ross, TJMaxx or Home Goods. You might be surprised how inexpensive they are...next I would fill it to capacity with little black or burlap goodie bags. Enough for each guest to take home as a favor. You want the "look" of an abundance so fill the bottom of the chest with paper but top it with the favors....Also check out your Dollar Tree to get anything gold you can get your hands on. The black party bags mixed with gold beads should make a really beautiful display. I've also seen really nice pirate ships at HomeGoods in the Clearance section that would make a stunning display. Then there is always tissue paper...make a bunch of black, red and red striped tissue flowers. Now I know you might be saying flowers?! BUT If you make the flower petals spiky it will make a dramatic effect. Oh and don't forget to fill your favor bags with a bunch of fun tattoos. Hope this helps and thanks for watching.
FRUGALNISTA Thank you for your great advise. I will have to start looking around for the centerpieces. I will be having the party at the park so i needed ideas. You just gave me great ideas! 😊

Hi I was wondering if you remember where you got the polka dot table cloths from? I have been looking everywhere
I picked those up from The Dollar Tree. If you can't find them there check out a fabric store like JOANN Fabric. Thanks for watching!
Where did you get the minie mouse candy gifts bags from including the toys
Party City and most of the toys came from Dollar Tree.
I like your video
Thank you!
How is it that you got the pink spiky balls for free?
Hi
Sorry but did I heard right the twizzlers was $24. At a dollar store?
Love the idea
Brenda Vazquez Hey BRENDA! I am way too frugal for that. I said Twenty for a DOLLAR. Thanks for watching.
Every thing at a dollar store should be a dollar.
