Everyone has ones, some more or less possible, but if you're somewhat reasonable it is very healthy and important to have something like this in your life. Buying stuff to impress others, purchasing too much you can possibly consume and throw it away is a different story, much more common I would say. Life without passion is empty and here they are clearly making profit from it as well.
@@cowmath77 when I went to the US I have met a lot of people that complained about food prices and that they have to eat at McDonald's and that they cannot save up any money and that the system is rigged against them, yet each and everyone of them had an iPhone, expensive shoes and coke for when we partied at night. I was kinda afraid when I saw the teaser on instagram with a photo of a super clean, blue R34 because I thought it already came a time when you guys just buy clean, expensive cars like other succesful youtubers and its gonna be boring but this is definitely a super pleasant surprise to see this R32 project. Always love to see a cool car that was given up on being built with passion again

Self steering is caused by high caster settings, which is how far the wheels move forward/backwards from the centre of the strut tower. Standard JZX90/100/Big body Toyotas are usually somewhere around 6.5 degrees of caster. There's a lot more to take into consideration though, like the roll centre, ackerman, and bump steer.

Hey, So as far as the car self steering you want to look into the caster settings. Generally adding a few degrees more positive caster = more self steering.
I just wanted to say that I'm so hyped for you guys because I started watching when you were sliding the 1.8 NA black miata! I think it's amazing you guys have grown to where you are now
The lack of self steer making the Miata hard to drive might be down to caster, slap as much caster as you can into the front end and it will drive itself. Can be limited with how the suspension is designed but I managed to get 7 degress in mine
Dude I’m looking forward to your findings on the Miata suspension setup! I know exactly what you mean about having “to place” my miata into drift, rather than a car that basically is in drift the entire time, or rather easy to transition into drift.

Little known fact, the Mazda RX8 and later generation 6 speed MX5 gearboxes are the same gearbox (internally, different bellhousing) as Nissan s15 sr20det 6 speed gearboxes. This may help you with choosing an engine for the R32 Skyline, so the final drive (diff) is correct for your needs. Just in case you were planning on *cough* putting a certain mazda's heart into the R32. And also, the r32 will feel similar to the JZX, they are really stable drift cars, and very easy.
This is such a dream. The r32.. wish i will be able to buy it before they all gone. Right now building a civic eg, love it as much as gtr, but the gtr is just bringing some unreal vibes that you cannot have driving any other car.
Well if you want the Miata to handle well you'll have to destance it a little bit. Give it a bit more suspension travel, ease up on the front camber at maximum 3-4 degrees. Also if you're running big spacers it can affect the tire scrub radius to where it requires more steering effort which makes transitioning more difficult.
I knew that there would be no engine in it and no interior but as we already now, Nightride builts the best cars out of only a chassis and a R32 is kind crazy and the S13 was already very sick love the content!
The skyline will fit in perfectly, learn all you can about how to setup your suspension the more you know the better off you and the crew are!! I'm so glad Jimmy oakes came to Poland to drift or I probably never would of discovered you guys! Such a great vibe from the group! Love the content always keep pushing!!!!!

You guys should weld up a tire rack for getting your wheels off the ground and it will increase floor space and look sick having them all hanging a metre up on a rack 🤘🏽🔥

For that Miata handling, u probably need to move your suspension backwards towards driver, angle left from wheel side. To inreacse that self-steering thing.

Now I'm grounded- this dream will never come true. I'm 32 with girl and kid. Had to shift the priorities... Will following this build for sure. The fun fact is I HAD looked for Skylines back in the days (that means 12 years ago). And you know wat? I HAD CHANCE for R32. Its almost unbeliveable ,but I went to allegro and typed R32... and there was one car! I bet it was 2.0 1989 GTS-t. It was in Sieradz (last city to expect an skyline) and it was two tone. Orange top and black bottom. Car was suspiciously cheap and most weird- it was registered with polish plates. Next day it was sold. A little background for international viewers- for years we had and BATTLE with polish goverment to register RHD cars. It was impossible back in the days. Many mint condition Type-RA Imprezas were slaughtered to LHD because of that... Finally they had to change the law, since we are in European Union. I think this car is so imprinted in my mind because Jakie Chan's "Thunderbolt" Movie. Black R32 serves as Bad Guy car there. I was dreaming to own one, unregistered and takin it to run only during nightime with fake plates... busted by police was not an option, actions like Dom Toretto "parking hideout" was considered... I was young and stupid back then heh. great thing to have dreams... Looking forward guys, with each another episode I'm becoming more die hard fan! Btw- hoping for some unusual engine choice! Sprawdźcie caster w miacie Jak dacie Więcej casteru: - zewnętrzne koło nie będzie się kłaść jak w merolach XD, bo patrząc na ujęcie w 17:57 to już prawie rantem leci, - zamiast walczyć z kierą to będziesz mógł wrzucać i kontrolować kąt bardziej z gazu, - co jak zostało ujęte "self steer" → kiera będzie z większą siłą i prędkością wraca tam, gdzie samochód najmniej ciągnie → do środka aktualnego toru jazdy → ez drift

For drifting, if you don't want to smash your lights, you should soft mount them. Maybe on some rubber bits and remove some inner metal parts. Thoughts?

Guys in order to increase the re-alignment just increase the incidence angle in the front (pivot angle)
