Great video! I would love to see how you typically make a float plan from the weather forecast. Like the observations and calculations you make ^^ Is there a way to calculate the current speed from the ebb tide? I mostly see only the highs and lows in the forecasts. So I guess it's up to experience and local knowledge?

Informative video 👍. May I have your option of the oru beach LT? Is that an LT? How does it fare against other solos.

wouldn't you want to ride the ebb to the island because it would be leaving the mainland and ride the flood back to the mainland?

Great video! Question....is the “Beach” model kayak safe for a beginner to navigate the Monterey Bay with 10-15mph winds? I’m not sure what that would be considered in knots.
