Looked like you had a few things stacked against you there Steve, but well done for sticking it out and adapting to the venue and conditions. Some of those Mackerel were proper donkeys, well done and thank you for looking out for the bird life and taking the discarded rubbish home, one of my local venues is horrendous soon as the Mackerel show which puts all of us decent fishermen in a bad light unfortunately. Looking forward to the next one, tight lines matey 🎣🎣🎣
Great video. Just subscribed. The ordeal regarding the hat and keys.....it's called getting old.😂 Happens to me all the time. I can't remember where I put things 5 minutes ago. Well done and thanks for clearing up mate👍. Why can't people just clear up their own crap, it's disgraceful. 😔
Great video as always Steve,I was at same spot at st abbs about a month ago, lost count of the amount of coalies,no Pollock or cod,was rubbish there too,it's every where tramps, look forward to the next one right lines 🎣
Hi Steve, couldn't agree more, I was fishing at cullernose and the lad next to me hooked to birds, when I cast I look first, cast second but this moron just chucked and needed help to untangle them. I told him the first time and still did listen so what hope is there when we have idiots around us. Tight lines kidda
Alreet Steve .. that last mackerel was the biggest I’ve seen off a rod n reel like .. that had to be 2 -2.5 lb ! Good decision moving away from the bird sanctuary like 👍🏻
@@Martyn-ey9lw Thanks mate much appreciated. I put “supertrax” studs in myself. You can get them on eBay. Iv found these the best for walking round on rocks. They just screw into the rubber sole of my trainers. You need a trainer with a nice thick sole. 👍
Well played tidying up the rubbish mate, those Mackerel were a cracking size. Thanks for sharing.
What a lovely session on the Mackerel. Bet you were knackered lol.
Thank you for sharing your adventures with us.
