Is this “bulk?” 😅 new cards and new thoughts on the pokemon card market

I bought these for a very good price from a seller who described them as “bulk.” Are these bulk cards to you or are these still treasures? I think the market HAS changed, but it seems like a really good time to be a collector.

This is what i would classify as higher end bulk ( .75 - $3) I have roughly 2k bulk V, EX, GX, Vstar, etc). I think they are worth buying at the right price.

Was a good story, try to turn down the music volume in coming videos though or maybe even leave it out. You talk enough to fill the time.
