We actually used to do this in the late 90s. It was an easy and good way to recycle paper. However, we didn't have food processors or blendrs, so we'd have mush the paper by hand and now i actually make my grandchildren do this instead of wasting paper.
For a more even spread, you can try to swish the mixture once it’s in the mold! After that for a flatter surface you can just apply a weight on top of the paper. This is a great way to recycle milk cartons and old worksheets from school!
@@Ghett0Star77You reuse the water numb nuts, also it’s a hella lot better than cutting more trees down for a piece of paper that you can simply just recycle
Add some dried flowers or seeds or even a couple drops of essential oils 😊 it's a great way to use those papers you don't want anyone else to see but no longer need to keep.
Fact: this is how Vietnam also did it. They had some watery stuff with a thin layer of something (I dunno what it’s called) and they use a little strainer frame thingy and kapow you got yourself some paper
It’s so if your like cutting or getting rid of paper that you won’t use or like I said scraps from cutting you can recycle(btw I’m just pointing this out sry for typing it out this long)
First shred the paper then put it in a blender with water, get a container with water and pour the mixture in. Get a sieve but it in the container and soak out the water with a sponge. After awhile the paper will be perfectly fine.
Additionally, you can press the paper mixture into a mold to make some 3d objects! I think you need to add a binder like starch though, so throw some rice into the blender and now you have a fully recycled, biodegradable plant pot! (except for the mold) There's a youtube video that goes into more depth on "3D printing" with this method
I used to do this as a children’s programmer. You can decorate it with wet paper shapes while everything is wet, it fused well. I made my pages thicker so it came off easily!
I learned this from, I believe, Reading Rainbow, but instead they used old jeans and made paper. Paper can be made with lots of different materials. Rice paper being another.
I can see that someone may mistake it as juice when you blend it 😂
Oh no!
yummy popsicle

Hahaha…. True. But also turned a used sheet of paper into a fresh, blank one. I turned old newspaper into blank grey paper working with children.
that's what "recycling" means
used into new
Yep. It’s basically recycling. And paper mache without the glue lol
Internet user learns about recycling
This is so old school. Back in 80s primary I remember doing this.
Im going back in time too. I did it when i was 8 years old in primary school. Y soy español!! jajjaja
Yep I remember doing this is late 90s grade school in art class too. Mine tore and I was sad.
People have been doing this since paper was invented. This is older than the 80s lmao. Some people just don’t know about how paper is made.
Yep, brings back memories. Making paper was cool, 3rd grade in my case iirc, but I had a blast in 6th when we got to make candles.

@Christoph-ox6fm it should work. That's how paper recycling plants do it.
Recycling paper by using a whole lot more water, electricity and time than what a sheet of paper is worth :)

this has always been the way to make paper, but instead of just water you add some kind of cohesion like glue so it doesn't fall apart
This works? OMG yes! Also, that paper smoothie looked delicious. But I have to remember it’s not a drink.
i did this as a kid, it was fun to do to make your own paper sheets
Do you have to add glue or any other chemical to the water ?
Bagaimana jika dengan kertas putih bekas yang ada tulisan pulpen atau pensil?
