In my personal opinion, probably not if you want to have fun. I ran it since it came out basically and theres alot of issues with it and over time leads it to be super boring. But if you're super comp at the game, then yeah probably would be worth it.

Yes it is. Once you reach SS rank you need to attend PD's to rank up.
