Here's an insider's tip on PaRappa:
To score up the points when you're on a part where only one button needs to be pressed (such as "We're making us a cake that you've never seen before" which only uses the square button), press some other buttons to make PaRappa say "Oops!" and "Uh oh!". This will give you more points for some reason, even though it sounds worse to you, the game credits you for using more than one button and being "creative".
Legend has it, Parappa was sent to jail after making an illegal cake, Sunny was never the same again after eating the crack cake, ever since then she thought she was a cactus.

This was my favorite song of the parappa raps, the bad part was all I ever got but I loved it none the less while I never beat any stage, I enjoyed the flailing chicken rapping about cake and beef jerky.
