    • @AbaNPreach

Cuz she confirmed they were cuddling which she omitted initially. She confirmed she was wearing the bracelet & she confirmed he touched her stomach. We arent taking his word at face value, the meat of what she left out & of what he said has been confirmed by both parties.
She omitted key details that change the whole story & she made this entire online accusation over some tickles. Shes a grade A loser

    2. She clearly finds it easy to lie, considering she openly admitted to being 18, and completely drunk on multiple occasions.
    3. At no time did she ever say.. she expressed any objections to anything. Including his touching.
    4. He ended contact with her once learning she was 18.
Conclusion: she was happy and consenting until he rejected her. Then and only then did she cry about being touched.
She needs to be charged with a... oh, wait, women are allowed to lie free of all consequences.

As someone who was actually SA'd before. Her pulling out the grape victims diary entry from a movie is a slap in the face for real victims, and now have made it even harder for real victims to speak because now someone who was actually in this type of scenario where it went worse won't be believed. Mind you I believe anyone, not just women, can be a victim. And the guy in this case is a victim of false allegations, and I think she should be charged for Slander and falsely accusing someone of assault. Incorrect.
While an 18-year-old is considered an adult in many legal contexts, from a developmental perspective this is a more nuanced question.
Cognitively and emotionally, research in neuroscience has shown that the human brain continues to develop and mature well into the mid-20s and even early 30s. The prefrontal cortex, responsible for decision-making, impulse control, risk assessment, and emotional regulation, is one of the last brain regions to fully mature. This ongoing development can affect judgment, self-regulation, and sensitivity to social influences.
Socially and experientially, adulthood encompasses a range of roles and responsibilities that vary widely among individuals and cultures. The transition into these roles can be gradual and is influenced by a combination of personal, socioeconomic, and cultural factors. Young adults continue to develop their identity, values, and understanding of the world.
So, while an 18-year-old may be considered a legal adult, their development-physically, cognitively, emotionally, and socially-is often not fully complete.
She may have felt not ready for adult-stuff. That's her prerogative. She has a right to feel that way.
He felt there was consent. That may have also been the case.
Both scenarios can be correct. She may have underestimated her ability to cope with 21+ situations. She should've learnt from this offline. Unfortunately, she is an influencer and this power base is tipping the scales unfairly as it was not his fault that she was not mentally ready.

I was with a group of friends when a woman, who had earlier that night declared her dislike for men and identified as a lesbian, pushed me against a wall and attempted to kiss me while groping me. Imagine my shock. To make matters more awkward, my wife walked ahead with friends and didn’t notice. I pushed the woman away and dismissed the incident, knowing she was intoxicated.
Years later, when the Me Too movement gained prominence, I saw this same woman posting about how men are abusers and sharing her own experiences of being abused. I could have exposed her hypocrisy, but I chose to laugh it off and move on.
It’s ironic how some individuals claim victimhood while denying their own agency in certain situations. Am I a victim? Perhaps, but would anyone care if I spoke up? I’m aware that some women have made allegations for far less than what I experienced. Moreover, there’s a stigma attached to men who are abused by women, with the prevailing belief being that we either desired it because we’re men or that we were in a position of power.
It’s important to acknowledge that not all women fabricate stories of abuse. It’s disheartening for the women who are genuine victims of sexual assault-as well as for the men who take it to their graves-when others attempt to tarnish men’s reputations over trivial matters. Although I remain anonymous here, I suppose this is my own Me Too moment.

@@ZM-et7zt Thanks! I don’t dwell on it or see myself as a victim. I have no animosity toward her. Perhaps for a female, it would be different. However, the hypocrisy of the whole thing is what bothers me. Here was this person with her ‘Me Too’ moment when she was part of the problem she claimed to be a victim of, not to mention the number of men’s lives ruined over accusations that were petty compared to what happened to me. Like any moral cause that goes viral on the internet, the Me Too movement started as a good thing, with people like Harvey Weinstein and Epstein finally being forced to pay the piper. However, it went too far and became a way to ruin men’s careers over petty or unfounded accusations. Although it is finally slowing down, a whole generation of kids grew up watching this take place, thinking it was okay to slander men on the internet over minor events that would be better handled privately or by moving on with their lives.

So in her most recent reply she bot crying she yelling at the camera saying he grabbed her tits, and that she knew it wasn't his friend that didn't send the text but everyone painting her in a bad light because she didn't correct herself. She also said she misspoke about being freshly 18(she wasn't freshly 18 she had been 18 for around 5-7 months) and went on stream to say I'm sorry I misspoke I'm not freshly 18 I was 18 and 5 months my bad(she said in sarcastic matter) but continued to push the age agenda.
Her short has changed 3 different times and now she's claiming he touched her tit and us yelling at everyone for not believing her. There are 21 year old guys with no sexual experience and 17 year old girls with multiple digit body counts. I don’t get this expectation that if a guy turns 18 - any awkward sexual interaction can now be deemed SA, whereas women can victimize themselves regardless of age - actual sexual maturity be damned.
Take responsibility. You were two adults. You drank. You had an awkward encounter. Move on.

"An impaired person can't consent" generally comes from the standpoint that someone either pressured them into intoxicating themselves, slipped them a substance they didn't want, or are so beyond impaired that they cannot make functional decisions. What constitutes SA is too vague. When u can be consentually cuddling with someone for an hour, tickle their waist, they show no sign of being bothered by it at the time and then come back later talking about “I was SA’d” something wrong with the system…what an objectively moronic reason to cancel someone.

Her having these weird moments where she scrunches her face to squeeze 0.000003 mL of tears from her eyes and sniffle 180 times just to go back to a coherent sentence immediately after is very telling to me. Or because biases exist and people think that assaults are either asked for, is accompanied by bruises, physical evidence and fighting is the automatic response. People have an "if it were me, I would do...". What she did should speak for her and its silly to use this as an example of why victims aren't believed or go through hoops.
I know someone who didn't believe their sister was assaulted by her step dad. The reason why is because she didn't tell anyone right away or fight or bring proof. Ignored the fact that her sister was cool up until a certain age and then began to lock her bedroom door (until the mom took that as offensive and removed the door handle) and ran away multiple times along with other things.

Obviously, any rational person can deduce that there are 501 possible social, economic, moral, ethical, or otherwise reasons a victim might not be believed. My point is simply that cases like this muddy the waters further and prevent further, proper examinations of say similar instances with VITAL differences. It's a matter of altered perception.

I also would never go to a random guy’s hotel room, but that’s another topic. This situation was a “I’m kinda uncomfortable so don’t do that” “oh okay no problem” sort of situation. But she turned it into an over exaggerated drama and paraded like an actual SA victim, which is pathetic and harms women who actually go through that.

She kept trying to present her age as if she's not really an adult. "Freshly 18" means she's not quite willing to accept her own agency. I know women like this, who reinvent the past in order to reconcile their present perspective with their past actions. For example, if they did something consensually that they were later ashamed of, they'll start acting as if their awareness at the time was as sharp as their hindsight, and start reinventing how coerced they felt in real time.
