My uncle is a Veteran. He was the most decorated medic in Vietnam with three Purple Hearts and many others. Thank you for your tribute and always your blessings.
I really like the results of your tea staining. I am a both a veteran (23 years) and a flag collector ( don’t know how many I have, because a lady who sold flags went out of business and gave me her inventory to add to my collection.) I have given many flags away to people who lived in the states that I had state flags and I also would trade a new US Flag for tattered flags. Had a flag retirement ceremony at my son in law’s place and destroyed 60 flags and another behind the VFW hall and retired about 50 more. Some were from people that knew I conducted flag retirement ceremonies.
I am 73 years old and I remember that song when I was a little girl .... I shall not be moved...haven't heard that one in a longggg time..thank u for sharing
Your videos always make me smile! Sweet Buster is a doll. Thank you so much for sharing the worship clip- we seldom hear the old hymns at church where I’m at. Makes me think of my Nan Nan and Pap Pap. Every video you post blesses my socks right off- from the tours to the junkin’ and now crafts! And of course your sentiments… I look forward to them whenever I click on one of your posts. Hope your day is full of the same joy that you bring to us!
Bow, that’s what I call a delightful video! Thank you so much for sharing your craft, boat ride, Baby Buster enjoying his new pool, and the church service. You are awesome! ❤️🇺🇸

Love the tea staining of the flags!! The boat ride looked fun but jumping in the water yea we don’t do that here in the swamp because any freshwater has 🐊 chomp chomp you can jump in with 10 toes but come up with 7 or 8 🤣 Buster Browns pool is the way to go!! So cute! God bless and I hope our Lord provides you mercy and grace for today Kayla thank you for sharing!
Loved Loved Loved this video, especially Buster. The song He Walks With Me brought tears to my eyes. What a blessing I received from that song. Thank you! God bless.

Thanks for sharing this diy! The tea stained letters look cool if you burn the edges of the pages also for a nice antique look :) Love your mention of our Savior always ❤️. Enjoyed the old fashioned picking and singing at the end ❤️. Brought back so many precious memories of my parents and grandparents singing at playing at church ❤️.
You are such an inspiration. I love your videos and buster brown is just too stinking cute. But, what I love most is that you share Jesus with everyone before ending your videos! God bless all that you do!!!

Thank you for sharing I enjoyed it ! I will be tea staining my flags. I’ve tea stained paper to make a treasure map for my youngest son Brayden’s birthday years ago. I have never thought to do flags though. Speaking of my son Brayden he will graduate high school June 10, 2021. After school will be going to basic training August 2, 2021 and enlisting into the Marines. I’ve known this would be his destiny since he was a toddler in diapers laying in front of the tv watching old war flicks. I pray he is safe but hate to see him go...
Good luck to your son at bootcamp! My husband joined The Marine Corps when we were dating and our son grew up and joined the Corps in his daddy's footsteps.....I will say, it felt like a million times harder watching our son ride away in that van.....all my husband could say was, "is this what it felt like when you had to watch me leave." It's bittersweet because we miss him terribly, but we are so very proud of him. He's been in three years now, and strangely the years have flown by as the days have felt like they have crept by.....if that's even possible. *once you find out what battalion and company he is in, look on Facebook under Marine Parent (with his battalion/company and his ship date) you'll find a support group. They are a wealth of information and will keep you updated on what he will be doing all the way till his graduation. If you can, send lots of encouraging letters in bootcamp once you receive his address. It will definitely be an emotional rollercoaster for you and your son. There will be a point in the beginning of those 13 weeks where he will question "what in the world he has gotten himself into"(all recruits go through this phase).....just remember, by the time you get that letter, several days if not a week will have gone by from the time he writes it and those emotions will have gone too. You will see the emotional rollercoaster they are put through, through his letters in the first phase, but usually by the second phase they are much more in the flow of things. It'll still be hard, but they will adapt to it. The most important thing to all recruits, are those words of encouragement from home. Sadly, there will be some recruits that won't receive letters at all. I didn't know this until my son mentioned it in one of his letters. So I got my son to get me the information of the recruits that weren't receiving letters and we got family and friends to "adopt a recruit" so we could make sure they all received letters and cards as well. It helps them more than we realize. Sorry this was so long, I just know how overwhelming this process can feel and I hope some of this information will help ease that for you. Again, good luck to your son! Y'all will be in our prayers!! Semper Fi 🇺🇸
@@usmcmomsemperfi9380 Ong thank you for sharing this . As I’m ready I’m in tears for what’s coming ahead . I just want him to be safe and to be a better version of himself. I’m so scared for him for all of them . I love the idea of adopt a recruit and will implement that as well . The way the world has become I got off of Facebook but will definitely look for his battalion. I will need that support for sure.I’m so very proud of him and know he was meant to do this . I just pray he is safe and no harm comes to him at any point of his life. Thank you again for the kind words and sharing . I really do appreciate it. 🙏🏻
@@candacedavis you are so very welcome! I wish I could say that worry and fear will ease, but it doesn't. I think the only time I sleep well is when he is home on leave sleeping in his bed. If there is ever anything I can do to help with this process, please let me know. When he becomes a Marine, you will find that you gain a huge extended family! ❤
‼️🇺🇸‼️Kayla, thank you for another wonderful video & for sharing your love of God and our Savior, Jesus Christ. I look forward to your next video‼️🇺🇸‼️
How fun! Does the dogs nails cause any trouble with the plastic pool? Grandkids want a small pool, but they have 2 Great Danes & one lab. We are afraid there nails will tear it.
Thank you so much for sharing this! How many flags can you make at a time? Is it ok to layer them in the tea? I so love your style and am super excited to do this with ALL THE THINGS 🙆🏻♀️. Your church looked so nice.
Love the Americana we have a blessed nation here I pray every single day we can keep it 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💕🤗🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸. Revival coming and the Best is yet to be 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 oh my goodness he is every but of precious 🤗💕
I would think so as long as it isn’t a super slick material. I found that the cotton ones are a lot better with holding the color. You could always try in a 5 gallon bucket and let it soak over night 🥰

Hey girl I really liked this video. You are never to old to learn. Where do do attend church? It reminded me of a church I once attended. Lisa
‼️🇺🇸‼️Kayla, thank you for another wonderful video & for sharing your love of God and our Savior, Jesus Christ. I look forward to your next video‼️🇺🇸‼️
Thanks for the craft info but thanks for the gospel music❤️
hallelujah my sister in CHRIST
with buster Brown. Be blessed
Love the video. Little Buster is so cute in his pool. Do you have to get new water every time he gets in it.
You can cover it with a fitted sheet overnight
Thank you for sharing your blessings with all of us :)
Have a beautiful day love the tea stained paper and flags can you coffee stain them as well ??
I haven’t tried it but imagine you could ☺️

I think I made my tea stronger because I did not bake them. That’s a good idea though.
Hi Kayla have you ever dyed nylon bunting? II guess it's comparable to backpack material. want to but not sure it would work.
As long as it isn’t waxy and will absorb the dye, i would go for it😍
New sub here. Thanks for sharing. What a wonderful water experience. Are you in Alabama?
I am❤️ We are in Chilton County at Lay Lake
@@LittleCahabaJunkin I just figured out who you are connected to…Simply Lake…lol. I knew your name was familiar.
I always remove the tea bags before dunking the items.
What about the Dryer?
Does this work on large flags as well?
