I understand that characters have to change as time goes on, they grow up, things get darker, complicated, etc, but I just love these two in season one so much. Sookie was just so quirky and funny and adorably naive. I understand the supernaturals have totally obliterated her innocence, lol, but damn, I miss this so much.
i loved season 1! it was the best in my opinion. The first episode was amazing! that's the one that got me so hooked. Anna and Stephen were great now it's all about grumpy bill and constantly swearing sookie :(

I felt like True Blood should have stuck to the vampire slice of life appeal…after they went all huge season story arc on that they lost their niche. I mean there are no western media that ever pondered the question, what if vampires are well known and live among us?
oh this is so true to the books, which is why it translated so well to screen. then they fucked up majorly after season two and completely discoursed. what a shame...
I miss this Sookie. Season 1 Sookie could handle herself and wasn't someone who annoyed the hell out of you. I also miss morally ambiguous Bill from early season 1. Do not like vampire martyr Bill that he is now.
Depois da 4 temporada parei de assistir os dubladores novos são os pior estragaram a serie no Brasil serio foi muito boa espetacular a serie ate a 3 temporada agora a serie ja era pelo menos no brasil garanto que nem uma pessoa se quer ta assistindo parece aqueles filmes do UA-cam que os dublador falam e a voz do que ele disse so sai no final do filme uma tragédia se depender dos brasileiro a serie vai falir depois da 4 temporada so porque os dubladores sao todos iniciantes acho ate que nem sabem direito oq os atores estao dizendo e tao improvisando poxa tava tao bom agr fude*
