    Just FYI, gyro is pronounced with a soft G sound: jai-row, not guy-row. Otherwise, keep up the good work! These videos are very well crafted, and present the information in a really clear way. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!

    How did you build this robot ?? I saw that there are other teams with similar design, I say the positioning of the engines, then I would like to look to serve as models for the robot of my team

    You can also use 2 gyro sensors. The first is used as described in the video, and can be reset freely. The second acts as a compass, and is never reset, giving the robot a constant bearing of its direction.

    What's your opinion about the big wheel of Spike Prime? Do you think is it better than the motorcycle wheel that you used in your robot?

    • @brickering5166
      @brickering5166  4 роки тому +1

      Good question! I don't have a spike prime wheel, so I don't know for sure. Judging by the size, I would assume that the performance would be about the same. The spike prime tire looks a lot more smooth and robust though, so that may make it better than the motorcycle wheel.

    Hi, can you make a video about how to build you box robot? We have build the moving wall of your video, but now we can't connect it.

      Hi! I'm sorry but I cannot release that video right now. I want to wait until the end of the season so that teams can come up with unique designs on their own this season. I will release instructions when the season ends!

    Большое спасибо каналу!!! Мы из России и нам очень полезны ваши видео. У нас начинающие робототехники и знакомство с механизмами очень интересно рассказано и очень доступно. Не оставляйте, пожалуйста, вашу работу. Вы большой молодец!!! Ждём следующих уроков.

    You can explain how to do it step by step in a tutorial with a robot like that, it would be great to learn that way of designing

    Why should the color sensors be spaced apart?

    Incredibly informative video; this is going to help a lot of FLL teams heaps! I was wondering whether you have building instructions, or even just a few more pictures of the internal structure of the robot without the outer walls? If not, it's all good - this video is plenty to work with :)

      Thanks! I don't want teams to copy my robot this season, so I'm thinking about releasing robot instructions as soon as the season ends. Let me know what you think!

    Thank you for posting these wonderful videos. Would it be possible for you to make a video about your color sensor's Line Square and Line Follow program. It would help a lot.

      Thanks! The line squaring program I came up with myself, so I will do a video on it later. The line following one is from Builderdude35, so you can go check his video to learn about it!

    @Brickering,
    I love your videos so much! I even subscribed. You got awesome ideas, and I learned so much from you!
    Even though I love the videos, would it be possible to not post any pdf files for the attachment instructions? Many people on my team entirely copy your smart ideas without even changing any of it.
    Thank you very much and I am looking forward to seeing your videos soon.

    • @brickering5166
      @brickering5166  4 роки тому

      Thanks a lot for your suggestion and your support! I think that building the mechanisms is the best way to learn the basics. Although, I strongly, strongly discourage simply copying. Can you tell your team members that I'm glad they're using my instructions to learn but that they should keep their creativity when making your robot runs?

    • @nextusp
      @nextusp 4 роки тому

      @@brickering5166 My dad says you are very smart!
      And I borrowed one of your ideas, which is the slide passive attachment. I didn't use your pdf, because I made it a long time ago. Your container was awesome, and I made a similar one, with your mechanical alignment mechanism. This helps me save a motor for other missions! So that my robot will be able to complete the missions in 2 runs.
      Thank you, and I'm looking forward to your future videos!
