The most toxic people on Twitch are the Twitch moderation team, which nobody has any idea who they are.
Facts.
From what i heard there is certain group of people in the team that just bans people because they don't luke them personally and there is also a certain part of the team that doesn't really mind but can't say much i guess

We need a new livestream site. One likes the good old twitch. No Yoga challenges. No simps. No thots.
@David M i don't like bullying, but i swear to god. True. And all of them deserved it, when they got power they take it for their own. It isn't a good characteristics.
Twitch doesn't do bans based on their TOS, but based on their mood. If the Person reviewing something feels offended, then he/she will ban you and then interpret the TOS in a way that it justifies the ban.
Sounds about right. Other streamers can get away with far worse.
Someone should send the last minute or two to twitch-staff so they can sort that shit out, because putting so much work into something just to get the label "toxic" is very shitty.
FFS, she's crying over it because she put so much effort into all the programming and the concept in general.
People should not have the power to destroy other peoples passion/source of income just because they are in a bad mood, but sadly that's the world we live in.
So if they don't get laid that nyt there going to fuck with technician...that fucking sucks.

I think we all know that’s not gonna happen
We all know that Twitch isnt fair to everyone. Ive seen "just chatting" women in skimpy bikinis, which isnt "covering the whole pelvis to hip area", but i guess because its swim wear its fine. But when a animated miko does it, its against TOS. Heck, even the people cosplaying as a "dragon warrior" gets to, but miko cant.
I really hope miko doesnt get perma banned, as she isnt as toxic or drama creating as others. The ban for "D" pictures was pretty horrible too. I can understand from what it is called that it should be reviewed, but after review you would see that its innocent fun.
Maybe instead of instantly banning her, they could try, I don't know, send her an email explaining the issue and giving her a warning? The first two bans were over really quite trivial things that anyone could do. Not exactly ban worthy on their own. Twitch needs to get their act together. Streamers are the lifeblood of Twitch and they need to start treating them more reasonably.
Those fuckers never do that....they won't give u a proper fucking reason or a warning to what might happen to your career the very next moment

Twitch DOES NOT explain reasons for banning. They are also not fair. They are biased towards Titty Streamers and E-thots.
A female streamer(MissBehavin) once showed her bare vagina and asshole and spread em during a stream. She got banned for a few days. Meanwhile, a male streamer that accidentally showed his nipple was permanently banned.

Recent one not so much. My theory is doxing someone, no matter the context of the dox,is still against privacy laws. Thats bad for twitch and could (maybe not in this instance) lead to the person being doxed suing twitch. This is why they are harsher on stuff like this, than a boob slip or something

If she gets critical to blow that up cuz of his huge fan base (and he was on her interview), a viewer crusade could turn the d one around. Agreed, it was an innuendo joke. I don't watch your streams regularly because I'm too damn busy, but this popped up on recommendations because I found your concept fascinating and was thrilled to see a completely unique concept created and actually pushed into reality. Amazing. You're doing something no one else has and you're doing it well. You're also maintaining your personality in the whole thing and you should be proud of that. Don't judge yourself based on the TOS. That shit was written by lawyers to cover their asses. You're doing something that supersedes the medium and it's refreshing and cool as fuck to see. Good work. Truthfully, Both are equally shit companies. You get to choose from a) anonymous and silent moderation ran by a bunch of 30 year olds with the mindsets of an edgy 16 year old or b) really vague and inconsistent moderation ran by a half-developed robot and when the robot malfunctions the people just say "oh we'll look into it" and then do nothing unless you have 10+ million subscribers and yell at the top of your lungs in every single video

Yeah honestly that's what she should do if she gets perma banned. The problem is that since everyone is on Twitch, she won't be able to do any of her interviews. And networking in streaming is super important so if she can't reach out to other creators, it's going to be super tough.

We really need to come together and demand change from these social media companies, at the very very very least absolute transparency so these companies can be held accountable for ruining careers over nothing. They have way too much power
