I realized when I started making my own breakfast as a young teen that the Bagel setting on a toaster means it will only toast one side and I haven't gone back since. Toasting one side makes it crispy and easy to spread on while leaving the other side to be soft and non-abrasive to your mouth but still heats through to make it nice and warm. It is definitely the way to go.
I'm still into the frying pan method. The butter does something magic in a pan, whereas I haven't successfully buttered toast from a toaster since about 1998 (because that's when my family stopped eating the Death Margarine)

How about on Thanksgiving, you make all the honey dishes that appeared at the end of Pokemon episode, "Danger, Sweet as Honey"?
My mouth watered throughout the final assembly of the sandwich!
Hey Babish, I think you should make "Robin's Ultimate Sandwich" from Teen Titans Go!
(You would roll the dough out yourself like he does, cut the tomatoes with a "sword", make a secret sauce, etc.)
Then you would put the sandwich together and let it crisp in the fridge.
Since it is a basic recipe, you could always make your own variant (aka your version of, what you think is the ultimate sandwich.)
Just a thought I had!
Love your Channel btw, Keep up the Good Work!!!
"Or until doubled in size" one of the sexiest things you can hear

“Babish Culinary Universe” is where Oliver is the God of culinary.

His real name is Andrew Rea, pretty sure Oliver babish is a fake name he used when posting his videos because he didn’t want anyone to know his name
@Gabriel Story Kinda late but what I remember is that he said he named the channel after his Reddit handle which was named after a minor character from the West Wing.
