Don’t blame you. I was with this lady from college and she took me to a cvs where I can buy pampers. The pampers was high when the clerk rang it up but before I can put my wallet back in my purse the lady I was with noticed I put it down on the register told me come let’s go somewhere else to buy the pampers on sale distracted me and got me for my wallet. Thank Loving FATHER GOD through Loving GOD’S Awesome Son JESUS CHRIST for my Mom who brought me the huge box of Pampers. I was crying did not know what I was going to do before that. But if I had took my time to put my wallet back in my purse this would have never happened.

I have one LYXBAG bag I got in 2019, it's the LV white catogram speedy. It's counter quality and it has a nice honey patina now, so the leather is real. I think whatever makes you happy go for it. I've seen LV with plastic leather and blood red glaze...

When traveling with my tote instead of just putting it under the airplane seat I make sure I carry the dustbag somewhere inside the bag and i just put it in its dustbag under the seat. I know it's probably doing too much but it's better than the bare floor

Yes the color of the *gtdupe* is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…

I have the vanity bag and I love it! I think you're knocking it for not being a great everyday bag. But it's not supposed to be an everyday bag! It's definitely a cute event bag or dinner date where you don't have to open it to pay. 🤣

I’m a beginner as well and I own the canvas Rive Gauche tote. Loved it on my summer vacation! I was on the fence about the black but I’ve heard about the lint one too many times now and will likely pass.
The rive gauche is a fave of mine. I have it in black/raffia mix and when I pull her out, I know it’s time for a fun vacation. Took her to Aruba this year and got lots of compliments.

I feel like jacquemus is a really trendy brand but not very classic or timeless. If you want to invest get a LV or Chanel as your first bag. It would actually hold its value in the next few years. Gucci and YSL have the worst resell value. If you are buying just to enjoy it then by all means get that Jacq
