It is delivered with a cable plug with fuse in it, so nothing to be worried about. On the secondary, there is a fuse inside the box, soldered to the PCB.

Would be nice if the video actually explained the various functions instead of simply stating it has them. Are we supposed to read minds? Just wondering - somebody spent a lot of time and money on a video that tells you pretty much nothing about the use of this soldering iron. For some reason this seems to be the way things are being done - spend a few thousand on a video that tells you practically nothing but has nice effects and music - I'd rather have an instruction manual. Instruction manuals devolved into PDF download manuals that devolved into videos. I can only imagine what comes next.

Terrible instructions. The instruction manual is nothing but 2 pages of safety warnings. The usual don't touch the tip it may be hot, don't let children play with soldering irons, use only Weller accessories. I have never used this type of soldering iron. I watched the video no sound no explanations of how this tool works.
Good Soldering Station. Been using for a wail . Very Satisfied. Weller makes Good Soldering Stations .
Some complained about the AC Fuse, however, I thought that the backlight isn't actually lit is a bummer.

My 15 days old station goes in standby even when I do soldering, very disappointed with bad quality...
That seems to be strange. Must be something wrong with it. You can send it in for repair, or extend the standby timer.
