If your car was made after 2000, it's not a good idea to replace the factory radio with an aftermarket head unit. Replacing the radio could cause problems with your car's electrical system and could even reduce the value of your car if you sell it later on. My 2008 base model does not even have an aux input. Can I still install this? By the way why is your car charge port not in the centre console?
You just need a good functional radio then you will be able to enjoy your phone audio thru your Prius speakers. You can also charge your phone at the same time with 3X speed. You wanna leave the center console for other things.
Can you do AUX Bluetooth on Toyota Prius?
Prius prior 2006 do not have an aux input. Prius 2006 and later is likely to have an aux input located in the center console, near the armrest. You don't need aux with my device. It connects wirelessly via Bluetooth with CD quality sound. Thanks!
