Hey! Thanks for watching! 🙏 my first thing is to try to keep as much of the stuff OFF the figure as possible when shooting. The flour was quite easy to just brush off however 🤣 With the Soda, I usually just use food coloring water to make sure there is no actual sticky stuff getting on them. Black Series is generally the most accurate and has great build quality. I find the MAFEX Vaders a bit 'manga'. Also the build quality of MAFEX is terrible. Out of the box my Vaders head snapped off, the torso snapped off... a leg snapped off... the 'skirt' was only attached on one side... and the wire in the cape popped out through the fabric. Not exactly high quality for the price.

Overseas companies like Mafex forced Hasbro to improve their quality. If you look at where the Black Series started some of the face sculpts were downright atrocious. If you only look at their masked figures or aliens, Hasbro seems more on par by comparison. The 40th anniversary Vader was a turning point for them, but they still struggle with QC and pricing imo.
I haven't bought a marvel legends or black series since I started getting the mafex figures. Their quality is so much better simply because you don't have to worry about only having one thwip hand for your Spider-Man.
