Screechy, naggy, teary, motherly. Even though Todd supposedly has intimacy issues the whole time he's with Tea, her very personality made me wonder why he would ever want her. She understood that Todd really didn't much desire her. In 2011, Tea makes it crystal clear that she knows Victor truly desired her physically, unlike Todd.
I Love this scene. I always remember it. i have my own Todd manning tapes and this is top of my favorites list. Love that music everything about it love you TODD
In my minds eye, I see Tea trying to understand why Todd feels the way he does. Todd is a multifaced person, and she is just trying to get him to open his heart a little. He does not want to because of the whole Blair thing. Not to mention how he is trying to figure out his feelings for Tea. He is terrified how he is starting to feel about her here. RH is Todd. Now and forever.
Push, push, push. Tea wouldn't stop often enough. No wonder they never had a full relationship. When they end, Todd is as messed up as he ever was so it certainly didnt help, either.
The screeching mask her oh so pretty face , the character was already falling in love with her , but you don't push such an emotionally wounded soul , she shoudof just taking it easy and just let things happen as he was slowly expressing himself
Tea taking it easy wouldn't have made much difference. Todd was in love with Blair and loved Tea in some way. Mainly as a mother figure? The island ending was clear on who Todd really loved and then there was his total lack of romantic interest in Tea in 2011-2013. Victor was so much better for Tea. Even she said, bitterly, that Victor truly desired her, unlike Todd.
And maybe he didn't even really want to give her. I always felt that she was more of a mother figure to him and he loved her but was never in love with her.
@sheashond ICAM, T&B's relationship was complete & transcendent. Todd's attempt to replace Blair was an abject failure which just made him incomparably miserable. His time w/ Tea brought him closer to the dark part of himself that he hated & Tea lived to prod at it. In the end, he lost everything-Starr, his home, his paper, his freedom...Todd won't give up on Blair while she's breathing because she's "The One." Tea's still jealous & mad that she "lost," as she spat out just yesterday.
@angelicatys1556 Yes, they are soulmates and Blair is also, according to him, "the perfect woman". He ditches Tea for Blair in 2002; abandoning Tea on the island. He thinks about Blair every day while in captivity. And he is in love with Blair for the better part of 2011-2013. (He also gets with Carly briefly but only after Blair rejects him 3 times.) His last words to Blair in 2013, " I love you, Mrs. Manning." He and Tea are barely speaking.
Hey, I did not care for Tea (the character) that much... I really like RH's acting since 94/95 I have watched him on OLTL but other shows he has been on. I have been watching him currently on GH, can't wait for him to come back on....
@analicia82 I agree, but I don't think T&B really needed to talk. They understood each other on a fundamental level that went beyond words b/c they were the same at the core, had similar pasts & wanted the same things. T&B did talk a lot as friends & shared their past hurts but they were about shedding all that. They talked a lot about their future & their child. Todd was stuck here...dysfunctional, repressed & emotionally damaged. Tea didn't understand that till now & she didn't understand him.
@EllaVin11 Agreed. But they shared much more. They shared a soul-level union that could never be duplicated with any other woman. They shared an intimacy, on many levels. That intimacy included a sexual one. Their lovemaking was much more than a physical act, because of the intimacy they shared. Tea never had that with Todd, and she never seemed to understand that. Tea suffered because Todd was never able to get over or duplicate what he had with Blair. Current Todd still yearns for only Blair.
Hi you do rapid Melissa Peters and a couple of days ago but never forgotten about that range from you soon to get back with you on this site has been sent using my phone and it will take place in my case
I don't know why Tea Thought it would be cool to sit in Todd's living room with her guest making fun of him.
One of his best scenes ever...BRAVO!!!!
SOOOOOO sick off hearing Tea yell and cry. Thats all she ever does and did up until the show ended.
Darcy Thompson so don't watch it

@barbaraobach Great comment. You don't push a wounded soul like she did.

@1dbhsa Totally. That girl never took a clue...she kept pushing for what Todd wasn't ready or able to give.

EllaVin11 Todd is not even thinking about slug Blair
Even when he's not thinking about Blair He's thinking about Blair. They're soul mates.
