The thing is, Kate lost her love for David before the apocalypse even began, and we can see it. David was abusive. She was scared of him, and then they couldn't find him for literal years. It was easy to assume David was dead. I think it's hard to classify this as "cheating" when you thought the person you didn't really love to begin with was dead. I mean, playing as Javi, I kinda went for it hard. I find it hard to dislike Kate.
"Why the fuck do you think he would go with you?" really proves just how naive and controlling David was. How is this guy surprised that his wife was cheating on him for years after they couldn't even find him?
I know right! Javi and Kate were on the road together for 4 years. So they were obviously gonna develop feelings and fall in love with each other eventually. And even before the apocalypse, David always mistreated Kate and was willing to abandon her and his kids for war. It was Javi who always treated Kate better, looked out for her and helped her look out for her kids. So I understand exactly why she wants to be with Javi then with David.

Now Lori & Shane in the otherhand taught that Rick was died but after finding out that he was alive Lori wanted to be with Rick again and begins more distant towards Shane but the different is Rick is a good husband and a loving father so yeah Lori kinda sucks right there.

They thought David was dead for 3 years, he didn't even try to find his family. Javi is one of the most responsible motherfuckers I know, and I wouldn't blame Kate if she fell in love with him because of it.

If you push away their love triangle and stand with her, she'll want to tag along. She goes alone, David dies but Gabe and Kate live. If she goes with Javi and be chooses Kate, Gabe and David die. Jeez, someone needs to write out a list of all the endings

Javier, Gabe and Clementine return to Richmond to find Kate dead. 3.You split apart: If you betray Clem (using her as a bargaining chip) She will go follow Gabe and David even if you pick to go with Kate. You help Kate with the hole and after you fix the hole You go and find Clem while she's walking up to you while holding up Gabe. He isn't bitten, but David dies if you pick #1 or #3. You better appreciate this, it took a long time to write. My personal favorite ending is #3.

David has to be the worst character in telltale history. He's such a horrible hypocritical asshole. Throughout the story he tries to act like he's so morally superior to javi and judges him on every single occasion when the things david has done are way worse than anything javi ever did. David left clementine, a child, to die in the woods for attempting to help her surrogate son when no one else does. Then he takes aj away from Clem for no reason at all, even he said himself that he's hopeless and is just a drain on resources. He barely even tries to go back to save his family when the apocalypse went down, he just said the roads were blocked and couldn't get back in. And he never even checked again to see if he could access the city. He also says that he's going to leave his family at the batting cages and basically puts all the responsibility for their well being on Javi when he's too much of a coward to be a stand up guy and support his family, and then goes on to tell javi that he's the one who needs to grow up. And he has the nerve to get pissed at javi for forming a relationship with kate, when he barely even made an effort to find his family and had already said he was planning on leaving Kate and his kids. Fuck you david.

That moment when your choices actually do matter in this game. If you kill Conrad in Episode 2 then Clem fully trusts you and she'll go where you go and either Gabe or Kate dies. If you trade for her then she doesn't trust you enough and goes for Gabe on her own or only she stays with Kate. So that one choice all the way back decides if they both live or one dies.

I really don't get why people would choose to have affection towards Kate, that's his fucking sister in law. I know David is a shitty husband, but it doesn't mean she should go to Javier. I chose to not have affection towards her and when she said, "and why did I ever loved both of you," then David said, "What's she talking about?" I made Javier say it was all Kate (because it was) but David didn't believe me. I didn't ask for that. I'm glad Kate is gone for me (David is gone for me too), but this was too real. To think Gabe's uncle would become his father in law 😵😵😵
I understand why Kate's loved Javi because he was there for Kate and the kids during the apocalypse whilst David ran off like a bitch spend his time with his so called friends who now enemies the new frontier. His the indirect cause of Kate's cheated at him, its his own fault for being an abusive husband towards her and leaving her and his family for years in the first place just so he could be with his old friends with the army and the new frontiers. If he would have been a good and loving husband from the start Kate would've not cheated at him and the fight between Javi and David would never happened. David is such a dumb and stupid character, Telltale makes David a brother to the main character so people would feel sympathetic and feel sad for David but yet they make him an stubbornly abusive asshole at the same time which no leads to his character development whatsoever. its very dumb and completely stupid.

He left Javi, Kate and the kids alone, so they had to stick together to survive. And besides, David was an abusive husband who always mistreated Kate, which is why she was always unhappy with her marriage. Javi was the one who cared so much about her, treated her better and of course, took care of her and had her back for 4 years since the apocalypse.

You don't abuse nor abandoned your family in the apocalypse just to be with your old friends from the army. Even both of them calling Javi a cool uncle and Gabe also wanted to be like Javi when he grows up after seeing his father's horrible actions and also in alternative ending where Gabe and David dies he says to Javi that he is a great dad despite he is not his father.

Jan Tomeš I think it depends on whether you had Clem's back through the season. For example, if you didn't rat her out for shooting that asshole in episode 1 and shot Conrad, she sticks with you. But if did the opposite, I think she'll go save David amd Gabe on her own

David has to be the worst character in telltale history. He's such a horrible hypocritical asshole. Throughout the story he tries to act like he's so morally superior to javi and judges him on every single occasion when the things david has done are way worse than anything javi ever did. David left clementine, a child, to die in the woods for attempting to help her surrogate son when no one else does. Then he takes aj away from Clem for no reason at all, even he said himself that he's hopeless and is just a drain on resources. He barely even tries to go back to save his family when the apocalypse went down, he just said the roads were blocked and couldn't get back in. And he never even checked again to see if he could access the city. He also says that he's going to leave his family at the batting cages and basically puts all the responsibility for their well being on Javi when he's too much of a coward to be a stand up guy and support his family, and then goes on to tell javi that he's the one who needs to grow up. And he has the nerve to get pissed at javi for forming a relationship with kate, when he barely even made an effort to find his family and had already said he was planning on leaving Kate and his kids. Fuck you david.

That moment when your choices actually do matter in this game. If you kill Conrad in Episode 2 then Clem fully trusts you and she'll go where you go and either Gabe or Kate dies. If you trade for her then she doesn't trust you enough and goes for Gabe on her own or only she stays with Kate. So that one choice all the way back decides if they both live or one dies.
