Hi, thanks for the video. What are the measurement? How long is this aluminium bar?
This yagi antenna is based on a closed dipole, which have cca 300 Ohm Impedance. You need a matching transformer that will push the impedance down to 75 Ohm (as wast majority of the commercial SOHO DVB-T receivers are built with 75 Ohm impedance at the receiver input )

I am disappointed because though it is a well-crafted antenna, there was no clear demonstration of how many stations were received, or if it was for internet WIFI, nothing was shown, so how do we grade this antenna or why should I copy what you have built?

On what parameters are the measurements based used in constructing this antenna. It likes a Yagi antenna is it for internet or for TV?
You need insulators for those elements, you’re losing db gains
I was so thinking the same thing...That antenna will simply divert the signal energy to ground if no insulators are used...Or as you point out a loss in DB gains...The whole thing becomes the receiving element and making it no where near resonate...

Those elements don't look right being inserted through the beam. They should be insulated. I can't see it working very well that way.

Most aparentlly, he cannot talk and he cannot reply to questions wither. He also has no clue about antenna design theory this one has very little gain the way the directors are connected to the main AND eventually to the dipole.

its nice yagi antenna, what is the dimension of a driven element, space between each director element, and lenght of a director elements. you give a 131mm length of director is that total lenght or one side only, thank you for response and sharing this yagi antenna.
