A couple have collected hundreds of official Disney Dolls - worth an incredible $60,000. Mario Menendez and Lazaro Roque have been together for six years but they only got their first doll - a Cinderella figurine - three years ago, but the duo have spent at least $30,000 each since. The couple bonded over their love for dolls and Disney and now they share their collection with other Disney doll fans on Instagram and UA-cam. I never can understand why people have such a problem with doll collectors, they collect things they find beautiful, just as any other collector does. besides, dolls like that are supposed to be collected and for display...why on earth would you give a $200 doll to your child.

I guess I'm the only one who doesn't find this weird. Would it be more appropriate to you jerks if they were girls collecting them? It's clearly not a fetish. Yet people spend much more money on expensive ass cars that they drive like twice a year and leave in their garages cos they're afraid of dinging them... I love that the more exposure doll collector's get, especially Disney, the more misconceptions and stereotypes of us are broken. We are not all crazy hoarders. Well, it seems like waste of money to me, but it makes them happy and it isn't hurting anyone. Hell, it's driving the economy.
it's a collection, any collection is a waste of money but guess what i collect shit cos it make me happy. That's the only point !
It's not a waste of money when the thing you buy keeps growing in value. A car's value drops immediately after you've bought it for example so that's technically a bigger waste of money.
Every doll thay get gets more valuable each year so if thay spend 60.000 thay would get more than thay spent when thay get old thay could sell it and get surgery to live longer.

I follow Marios reviews regularly ❤ I also love Disney, but I live in non-EU/Usa area so Im very omitted when it comes to collecting. Disney LE dolls are the most detailed & elaborate ones in a doll market for over 10 years already. At first I preferred only 12 inch, but I too became also obsessed with 17inch ones - they are gorgeous! And dont worry guys - one day you will open a museum, and kids of all those who laugh at you know - will want to come & see, so the parents will have to pay the tickets 🤗😎
So what's wrong ? They're passionated, they like their hobbies ... So that's perfect ;-) !

Everyone has their thing they like. I collect crystals and stones. Some ppl have said im strange lol. Btw i love his little mermaid mug he was using. The little mermaid is my fave disney movie.

I love these guys! They have a beautiful collection that they have worked hard to have. When I see some of these hateful comments, it just shows me that those people feel bad about themselves and thier lives. Do what brings you happiness. I don’t get why people get so worked up with people collecting dolls, but admire others who collect luxury cars or bags when they’re just sitting there collecting dust as well. It’s they’re money, they’re not hurting anyone, and they’re happy doing their hobby. Maybe you guys judging need to find something you enjoy as a hobby.
