(oh and got invis rushed in my base after being a final kill, makes sense lol) luckily after stuff like that happens your game sense improves and now you know that there are people that invis rush final kills at their base... the more you know.

People that buy bows in bedwars are the most annoying players. (It's also every blue team in 4v4v4v4s)

6:46 an 8 iron rush on lighthouse you can’t build up. However on a map like solace you can build up as it is a 25 block rush
huh. i thought it was a 24 rush.
Personally on 8 rush maps I wait for 4 iron, go out and put a 1 layer wool defense then go back for another 8 iron then rush with 40 wool, allows you to get more height along with a defense that gives you time you knock away your opponent if you get passed
you can build up 6 blocks if you 32 rush on lighthouse
ok, so I lost to a bhopping fly hacker with kill aura. I figured out how i died, and I learned from my mistakes. next time, i will not get bhopped on next game. easy peasy
i lost a game then i looked back and thought yeh i shouldn’t of missed that jump and fell in the void, so i just didn’t do that and won the next 4 games 💪💪💪💪💪 thanks chazm

Intel: You shouldn't buy diamond armour since you can buy better things
Bedrock Hive: Allow me to introduce myself XD
Buying diamond armor is good bc its 6 ems and if you kill your rush then go for ems you should get 8 ems if no ones their so then you could get diamond armor and speed+jump or invis pot well thats only if you have bed if you don't just get a peral and pots. Also forgot to say don't get diamond armor if you just bought iron armor lol
It's good, but it's not overpowered like chazm said.

@@CloudphaGraphics but man you know sammy green and how skilled he is and i think kysiek idk if you know him, he has a bad ping iam not sure, and he is like in specular potato's level in pvp, ping does matter a lot but try to abuse it instead of playing like you have a normal ping, like in the item shop try to look to the entrance of your base while getting stuff from the shop so you can see any one coming, when you are low try to hit somone and then go a little bit backwards and sometimes the hits will stack up and kill them but they can't get a hit on you,
Try to make these stuff it really helped me

I really like this. I am not new to bedwars but there were still some points made that could be helpful even to more experienced players. Obviously everyone is going to have their own playstyle so maybe some of the stuff in the video doesn't apply, but there were all neat things and some great perspectives on things. Great video Chazm!

Hey chaz, great vid once again just some thoughts on it. I think a lot of people are looking for the answers to becoming good at bedwars or shortcuts if you will. What they dont understand or rather refuse to is that there is no short cut to become good at bedwars yet they still look for these answers as they get impatient and frustrated at themselves. In my opinion a change of mindset is a good start to getting better and pair that with these tips and we have an improvement in skill. I hope to see more people adapt to that. :)

imo breaking a wool def with a fb is a waste of iron when u can break it reasonably fast with your fist, but that depends on the situation where using an fb is faster if u need to void quickly or smthing.
I mean i knew you were good at bedwars... but damn your thought process is INSANE
Chazm the sharpened swords or prot and trap is completely dependant on ur play style. Maybe if youre not the best pvper then prot and trap are good but if youre confident in your skill and killing people and comboing I would go with sharp to kill enemies much quicker.

in the defense for bows:
In the endgame often with only 2 teams left alot of the gens are full, so when chasing your enemies you will gather a lot of gold, and you dont need that many gaps. Bows are good for draining your enemies before a fight and also to disturb their movement

Great video, but I have a question - at about 14:18, you talk about red having a will bed defence which can be easily taken out with Intel’s fireball and then point out that he mines it, which you seem to imply is a bad thing. My question, however, is that wouldn’t it be more logical to save the fireball? Maybe the guy dies just before Intel gets the bed and he would’ve got the final if he had just fireballed it, I don’t really know because it wasn’t shown in this video, but to me, unless the guy dies just before he gets the bed, saving the fireball would be more beneficial - you could probably take out the guy and use it in your next rush etc. Maybe I’m missing something simple here but I’m genuinely not sure

Fun fact: The block trick where you eliminate the other person’s sprint isn’t that dependent on ping. You just put it not directly on your opponent because you need the block to fully place or it will disappear like most situations. Just once again make sure you don’t kill ur own sprint. Also rarely you can glitch someone in a block. Idk how this works but make sure to go to the opposite side because they won’t take any kb while in the block and if are experienced enough then can still hit you to some extent

15:25 actually, solace is just a 28-30 block rush, so you will often have more than enough blocks to bridge and use some more in fights. It will also give you a great advantage to get rid of a team early, but if you fail your speedbridge it will all be useless basically.

The thing about fire balling a wool defences is that it gives the player who threw it a split second of slowness so unless it is a wood and wool defences I wouldn't use a fb on a wool defence
Intel talked about using blocks correctly but my friend always build up on a first rush so i would say if its a fast gen in solos or doubles, build up a little higher and more than a stack of wool, or like 24 iron.

ok so one thing i wanna say is, getting a trap is great in solos, but that also means you probably have to put like 2 layers of wool or maybe wood unless you see a person running to your base before they trigger your trap. why i'm saying this is because in solos, you only have one person to defend your bed, and if you are half way across the map, then you would have to void to save your bed, but your bed would have to be protected well enough to give you time to void. if you just put a layer of wool or nothing at all, theres no point in voiding, and so theres no point in buying a trap, that would just be a waste of diamonds. NOW. if someone starts hating on me and saying that I got everything wrong, im gonna say that I am not a professional bedwars player in any way. I'm actually pretty bad at the game, this is just my opinion. so if i missed something or I didn't understand something correctly, please tell me what I got wrong instead of just saying I got something wrong because I'm tryna get better as well.
As a 141 star i must say traps are good to let you know when ur about to lose ur bed so u can get out of hard fights but unless u dont have 2 layers and 1 is wood sharp is better
that is not the point of traps, the point is just to alert you that your bed is about to get borken. for example, if you are across the map and your trap gets triggered while you are in a fight, you'll know that you probably have to dip. so you will reduce the risk of getting your bed destroyed mid fight and thus taking a final death. Also, dont void if your across the map and your trap gets triggered, you probably have no chance of saving your bed no matter the size of your bed... so its safer to just get stacked, go mid etc. instead
thanks for info guys i didn't think about the fact that it can alert you when you might lose your bed it might help me out a bit in a bedwars game cause i usually get sharp before prot and trap

i just wanna add on to the hotkey part that if u are very experienced with the scrollwheel its not that big of a difference from hotkeying if u know by memory and can scroll the exact amount to get to a slot
8:42 you see I tend to disagree with getting prot and a trap bc unless you have a good defense 1 layer of wool is just fast enough that when you void the bed will break b4 you die. That's why I always get sharp 1st. That being said I personally am a very offensive player so I get my rush out of the way do the next one and then I'll have prot sharp and a trap
Tbh you should do a series where you watch people’s submitted bedwars gameplay and give tips and stuff. I am a 350 star in bedwars however a lot of times I make dumb mistakes that end up costing me the game. It would be a cool series I think

Can I just say - I am 350 star, so I consider myself atleast decent at the game. When Chazm says never to buy sharp before prot/trap in solos, that can also depend on your playstyle. I generally play it at a fast pace, buying sharp to make my next fight a lot easier, and since I am better than a lot of people in my solo matches, I have more confidence in my knowledge of knowing how to play different situations and win them. Other than that, great vid Chazm.
@@nukoz But for people like me, who are skilled enough to not necessarily need a bed to win, I think that sharpness is the way to go.
