Hey Marko, check out the sustained flight video coming out. That will help. But in general think about keeping the legs straighter, hips out and heels down. You May need to start moving your boom up as well. Hope that helps. Thanks Sam
@@SamRossCoaching Hi Sam, thanks to you, I am watching all your videos many times a day, but once it goes faster on a foil board, I lose control ( better said - getting scared ). I am quite confident on a slalom board, but foil . . .. Certainly won't stop, as I love this feeling. Keep going on please with your tips, they are more than just welcome !
marko cernic great stuff, if you’re finding its going too quick, or you feel out of control start moving your mastfoot forwards. You’ll have less lift but more control.
Sam, thanks a lot for this new series! Did you film it using the race setup or the Cruiser? Please comment on the type of foil, sail size and board model.
liquidsl55 Hi, I’m on a Standard Race Fuselage 115, with race rear wing 255 and Freeride front wing 1100. Sail size is 8.1, and a 4.4 in the windier conditions. The board is the 144 Foil which is most similar to the 150 Foil Freeride
Sam Ross , did you use a race wing 800 in the first series? Is 1100 wing easier to handle on a beam reach with a race fuselage. You seem to prefer a long fuse, how about a 95 cm fuselage? Thank you for your attention to my silly questions.
Hey Ross, please tell me how to avoid windward and leeward movement of the board ?? This is a big issue for me, already injured my ankle !!

@@SamRossCoaching Thanks Sam. Will try, of course !!! If I understand correctly, it's better to get later in the air and have more control !
