Tuaha bhai. Please make a short video on Web series Lucifer. I have watched it and I watched it just for knowing why adults are so much pulled to that series. That series has totally uplifted Lucifer and degraded the concept of God. And a normal person such as atheist, or who do not have taqwah can easily come to a conclusion that he has the free will to do anything and nobody is going to ask him ever.
Please make a video on this.

Showing good akhlaq to employees and showing patience on their mistakes makes them do that even more. How to cope up with that? Obviously, examples are of people who had the highest level of taqwa and iman.

m not expert but may be setting boundaries n providing the person the best possibility or opportunity so that task can be done. You have to show that you are authority and tha person is accountable for not fulfilling the task.. Set deadlines. Here communication skills are important. Communicate n treat them like you want to be treated Respect is the key word. Acknowledge their efforts n be curious about their hurdles or challenges n try to make it easier for them to reach their goals.

Weseee i used to practice deen somehow but I had an anger issue most of times not always i was very distress and feel regret right just after my behavior it makes me felt like i was the next level sinner my aamal was nothing bcz i knew what hadeeth said about anger and so on meanwhile synchornusly i used to make dua'a and Ask Allah for patience tolerance good behavior,,logo se mohbbt and Alhamdulillah i feel so blessed and i can see so much transformation in myself..

How to manage the one who can only be managed through anger.
I mean for eg if someone talks shit nd keep talking. And he is in a habit that if you keep listening he will keep talking shit unless you raise voice n show anger.. how can it be managed

If a person is talking nonsense even intimating him/her abt the same still he/she continues thn it's better to disconnect with that person completely!
