How to calculate valuation?
@@motivationclub.ilets say someone asks for 1 cr for 1% of the company. 1℅ of the cmpny valued at 1cr then 100% of the cmpny = 1cr*100=100cr , 100cr = value/valuation of the company
To simply find out the valuation first calcuate how much the money is equal to at 1℅ , here 1 cr was equal to 1℅ therefore 100% of the company will be it's 100 times (which is 100cr) let's say someone asks for 30lakhs for 10% of the cmpny then 1% of the company will be 3 lakhs and 100% percent of the company will be 3lakhs*100 which is 3 crores.

Research now a days is not that much difficult because of availability of knowledge a Google and UA-cam and with this research even i am making hair oil at home and selling in market. Outstanding results within first 3 uses hair fall is controlled by 40%.
