thank you for your honestly and openess about your progress on your first year. I made lot far less on the first year as a struggling rookie but I probably made half of what you did. I didn't have good support or mentors. Made tons of mistakes and lost many deals. I hope your first year you learn all the mistakes and what you can improve on for the next year. Good luck to you.
How are you generating leads that works most effective? Thanks for being honest about income. I just sign up with a small broker with decent splits. Any advice would be great.

I do have some question.. do you feel as thought you could have close the same amount of deals (rentals and sales) if you were a PT agent and had a 9-5? Asking because I am studying for my exams now. I will only be able to do it PT for a while but plan on busting my buns! TY :)
Hi Krittie, Absolutely. I have seen a coworker done it. He works in a tech company and he only do it part time. Mainly referrals from family. I'd say he makes about 50k as well.

Thanks! I would say I made a lot mistakes and lost tons of deals as well. Experience is more valuable than salary especially in your 1st year :)
