Mine was in bad quality. 100% original, but… The small blue logo was staggering and move when you take it in hand. The sound wheezed and did not work at full volume. I had to take my money back. Looks like china’s but it was 100 original! Why they sell it! Without quality control? Now I’m afraid to buy it. And I want purple. but they are nowhere. Is anyone saw the same quality?
I have a Mehaboom 3 since three years and no complaints at all… Everything works perfectly fine. I had the normal Boom 3 before that but one speaker was broken after one year so I returned it and got the Megaboom 3 for 10€ less because it dropped in price :) Three friends of mine also have the Megabooms since 4 years and they are working fine as well. Pairing them together works also very good if they arent more than 3 meters away from each other. And they are completely waterproof. We literally play waterball with them in a lake and nothing happens. Pool (Chlorine) is also perfectly fine. Last month I literally drove over the Megaboom of my friend with my bike at full speed because it dropped out of his backpack. I nearly kissed the cencrete but the Megaboom was completely fine (might not even get a scratch, but it has a lot of them already so we couldnt tell :D) So I would personally go for it but definitely look at the competition like the JBL Charge 5 because it is louder I think and has a little better bass imo. If you want it for indoor listening I wouldnt go with the Megaboom 3 but if you want to take it outdoors then I would go for the Megaboom. Just put a carabiner on the hook and you can literally put it anywhere, on your backpack, bike, fence… I also had it in the water compartment of my backpack while skiing :) Hope this helps
Can confirm indestructible. Dropped it down a cliff, got knocked into a fryer and baked in Arizona heat. Somehow still works after 4 years of abuse.
This needs a USB-C port as micro USB is an extremely old connection.

the new wonderboom 3 still has micro usb which sucks, idk why theyre still sticking with it

i've had this speaker for a few years now. It's got great sound quality. The batteries last a good amount of time too.

I got mine for 20 bucks ofd offer up cant complain its perfect loud and last while i drive truck to make deliveries
I also found some issues with the Bluetooth range. It usually has problems when other devices are in between of the phone and the speaker
Hardly heard any sound. I want to hear it.
Battery doesn’t last that long. Battery dies about 3-4 hours. Very disappointing.
