This is actually my most favorite scene from One Tree Hill. Recently I've been watching Season 8, then now I'm rewatching season 1, and then I just realiazed how much Nathan has change, for the better. He was such a jerk back then, taking all for granted, but now he has a family, he's a good guy, a good husband, a good father. LOVE ONE TREE HILL! NALEY! T__T I'm really sad that OTH is over. But it will always stay in my heart, Forever and Always!
I just realize that this "first scene kiss" is different that the one we saw in tv in Season 1, episode 8. The difference is that in this version of the first kiss you can see Nathan's surprise when Haley jumps to kiss him but in the scene that aired a long time ago they skip that part.
Evelyncookie OMG I noticed that toooo! Funny cuz the last time I watched the scene in the original episode in season 1 I remembered them showing him looking surprised and I was really confused because in that scene they didn't show it! Now it makes sense
I can never play that song on my iPod without thinking of Haley jumping up to kiss him. I love them as a couple now as much as I did when I saw that kiss live in my dorm room.

joy/haley has to be standing on something in that last scene because she is not that tall. she normally comes up to james' shoulder.
