Step by Step guide on how to replace the fog light bulb on your 10thgen Civic. This procedure will be the same for all 2016 2017 2018 2019 2020 2021 Honda Civic sedan coupe and hatchback.
H11/H8/H9 9005/HB3 LED Headlight Bulbs with Fan, SEALIGHT S2 Series Mini Design Upgraded CSP Chips 6000K Xenon white IP67-2 Year Warranty (4 Pack)
The bulb I'm using is the Sealight H11 H8 led bulb. It comes with a combo 9005 highbeam and h11/h8 for the fogs. I would not use this brand for the low beams.

Honda dealership 6/25/2020 wanted to charge me $128.00 to install the fog lightbulb in my 2016 Civic stating the front bumper had to be removed.

Such a perfect video ! I’ve seen one where they suggest to remove the fake vents and another one that suggest to remove the entire bumper and I’m just like.. this can’t be the only way lol

Great video, I followed your instructions, and it took me about 10 mi. It was harder to get under cause the car was so low, and me being lazy didn't wanna lift the car. I used the sidewalk to lift the car just enough to get under, but after ut was all cake,

Thanks so much for the video. Before watching it I was prepared to remove the entire panel underneath and way too many bolts. I was able to change out both sides in less than 25 minutes after your video.

Thanks for this vid! saved me a lot of money. the dealership wanted $131 per light, if they would've charged a bit less i might have paid but $260! no thanks. I'm not sure how long the first one took but i timed the second installation and it took me a little bit more then 11 minutes. One thing i was not sure, was if the polarity mattered but i matched the negative with the black cable. I also on the first one tried to remove the bulb without disconnecting it first and it didn't work (my mistake for not following instructions).

So just to clarify the process for the passenger side is exactly the same right? Just one 10mm bolt and couple plastic clips?
is this for 2019 or 2020? Have a 2020 type R and the FOG light housing seems totally different. Wish i can upload pics here.

would love to see a video for the passenger side because it is a royal PITA. Also - after I replaced my fogs with LEDs, I got a bunch of water in the housings. Is there a gasket that needed to be replaced? Seems odd that water would get in there.

What type bulbs would you recommend for the low beams?
So to make sure, on the driver’s side, u don’t have to go from the bottom like u explained in the video? U can go from the side panel near the side markers? But on the passenger’s side, u do have to go from the bottom? Also would it be easier to raise the car? Thanks and great video!
Well I got in some sort of a problem with my South-east Asia spec Civic. It comes with LED foglight assembly as stock. Quite uncertain that it has a bulb slot. I want to change my white LEDs to yellow LEDs for the usual tropical rains. I tried doing this earlier but the whole assembly was completely different. I think I may really need to take down the whole bumper for a better view

I have a 2019 Honda Civic Sport Touring and have had both my fog lights glass and bulb cracked (1 of them twice). Wondering how to remove the glass.
Me too as well. Dealership said i needed the whole $300 cluster today but it seems highly unlikely just for the glass. Once fixed going to add a protective layer of film so dosnt happen again.

No, you only need to install resistors for the turn signal on the Civic.
Why do you not recommend to use this light bulb for low beam?
I have a 19 si and the fog lens is broke. Please recommend a part to replace broken lenses. Thank you.

It does. I do have switchback foglight led bulb that I'm going to try out next. Most likely eventually I'll swap the entire fog assembly to the morimoto xb led fog.
