Hope all are good. This is the recent hot topic of this month in Uk as they introduced new rules for immigration into UK. There are 5 new rules which will be implemented by the 2024 spring.
1. Health care visa- Only individuals with care home Visa will not be eligible to bring family into UK by dependent visa as they cancelled in this new rule. Care Quality Commission regulated Care home is the legal way to recruit for care home from overseas.
2. Skilled worker minimum salary change - In order to get job visa in Uk, companies in uk should give basic salary of 38,700£. Less than this, we can't get visa to enter into UK. Health care workers are exceptional for this rule.
3.Shortage occupational list work visa - Uk government ask companies which comes under this list should provide same wages for overseas as well as UK citizens. No more less salary for overseas workers under this category.
4.Family visa- In order to apply for Family visa, the individual who is in UK should be citizen of Uk as well as they should be getting 38,700£ as basic salary. So, whoever has work visa and stays in uk whilst on Contract are eligible for dependent visa to bring their family without his basic requirement.
5. Student Visa - Students are not allowed to bring family. Uk government will have discussion with Migration Advisory Committee regarding Post study Visa to be reduced or cancelled. Only master students in research will be allowed to bring family as of now.
These 5 rules will be implemented by the Spring of 2024 UK.
Hope you all got this information. As of now, there is no issue for nurses to get job in UK as well as bringing family to UK.

Hi brother, some hospital will give 3 months accommodation. Within that time frame you will be able to find room for rent. So no worries, rent will be based on places. Minimum 600 pounds
