The 'Love Phantom' combo is when you trigger the valiant charger while you aren't horizontally aligned, but can still connect the hit box. To practice it, with both weak points, use Hornet Bunker to launch the opponent up, then chase them up. Two Heavy/C attacks, then a Down C to dive down. The timing is tough, but once you are on the ground, use Valiant Crash and kick the opponent right as they are just above and in front of you. If you did it right, you can valiant chase *passed* them, then use neutral B/Medium, rinse and repeat.
