Ah yes Mlp season 1. This was a perfect way to start off what is my favorite 2D animated show of all time. In my opinion this series is perfect in every way. It does a great job showing off the characters people can get attached to and it has the best morals in any show or movie! My favorite episodes in this season are fall weather friends griffon the brush off boast busters dragonshy green isn’t your color the ticket master applebuck season the stare master look before you sleep and the cutie mark chronicles. If there are a few flaws with season 1 it would be that diamond tiara is an unlikeable antagonist from season 1-5 and the episode a dog and a pony show was a bad episode in my opinion because of how cruel it is to rarity but if there are a few good things about that episode is that I love that it has sapphire shores in it at the beginning and I love the way spike says no and the one thing that is funny about the episode is rarity acting like a drama queen. Overall season 1 holds up and it does a great job setting up the mane 6, it has the best side characters my favorites being spike celestia Luna the c.m.c silver spoon photo Finnish and trixie lulamoon and the humor really gets me every time. All I can say is that Lauren Faust has done an amazing job writing a show and I give props to her for creating a reboot for everyone to enjoy
