By the time I write this you've made 3 videos,i've watched them and and this one's my favorite. My favorite trigger was at 15:54 you trying to get a match stick out of the box.When I was first listening to this I had the video in the background and it really seemed like you'd just simply pick one up and light it but you stuck with it and it caught me off guard(in a good way).Like you think it's sunday but it's saturday type of thing. I must have been listening to asmr for 6-7 years now?I've seen all types of asmr channels,ones that do what they want,ones that satisfy comment section requests and everything in between and I can tell you if you wanna make something work it's gonna work.The most important part is you enjoy making these videos and don't feel like they burden you. I'm also sorry to hear you are experiencing significant stress from the fact you are starting to become a proper adult or just stress in general. You talking about it and the age really triggered something personal in me it's as if I was listening to myself back in the day and specifically at 19 I was at the lowest point in my life. In a sense this is gonna be selfish of me because it's as if I'm doing it for myself talking to younger me but if you'd allow me I wanna share with you some life lessons that I learned along the way which helped me and maybe they can for you too. 1)In life you will have success and happiness but you're also gonna have failures,sometimes big ones that hurt deep and sometimes horrific events wil happen to you which you had no control over. You could just sit in a corner defeated and waiting to die(metaphorically) or you can wake up each day,do the best you can and regardless of any mistakes or failures ending the day without regrets knowing you did what you could. It would seem an obvious thing to say but real life will never play out the way you imagine it and the mind is a useful tool but susceptible to self deceit if for example you imagine a rock in your head,the mind if left unchecked can and will transform it into a mountain and make you believe it's actually a mountain if it thinks it's gonna help you."Help". 2)Unless your family has a business which you will work in for the rest of you life,you will become a typical worker like most of us.Separate life and work at all times.There's 2 mindsets/roles here.a)Employees'' which revolves around doing what you signed to do,doing what higher ups tell you to do and following rules.b)Bosses' which revolves around making the rules of a workplace and/or enforcing said rules,making sure the employees are working and doing the job as expected to.Always be clear about your role and job,don't EVER confuse the two and always watch what you sign. My father used to tell me a phrase about signatures and something else that I don't wish to repeat but it's true. Moreover coworkers and bosses are not your friends most of the time no one would even be anywhere close to each other if not for the work pulling them together.This would've saved me a lot of heartache if I knew back then but dating coworkers is about the riskiest thing you can do in life.For starters it inherently forces you to mix personal life and work which feels horrible and secondly you don't actually know them,seeing how someone acts and talks during work could mean absolutely 0 and if the relationship fails prepare to spend the next several months or even years in awkwardness during work.It's never worked for me or anyone that I know of,it's so rare the times we do hear a good story it's treated almost like a mythological one. 3)During a very tough time in my life I was watching youtube and saw someone who was even more worse off than me and it was appararent and this man while talking about something said "Gotta rise above it" and it hit hard.I don't want to admit this but I cried that because of it,it really reminded me that if I don't feel happy about myself no external source will make me happy and also where I was headed if I kept going.When you're on your back totally defeated you will either stand up or not there's no in between and that's a harsh thing to say but it needs to be said from time to time. Anyways,didn't want to bring the party down especially at the end there but it was me being 100% real. No matter what you really do with the channel and videos I hope you have a nice day.
