Shooting defenders on the walls, it seems like you'd want to get to a flanking position where you're shooting them in the side/back. Outside the shield arc
The shield arc is so massive now
is limiting the number of garrison to 200 a cost matter, or like food or something else?
food, the more you have, the more gets used and the quick the AI will be able to starve them out. I use 100-200 elite troops then rely on militia
@@Flesson19 gotcha thanks. do you increase the number later when you get like level 3 garden/granary?
@@monkey000678 no, I live off militia, as a kingdom ruler you can get 400-700 depending on culture and governors. That is plenty, not to hold off attackers but delay them in a siege to give me time to get there and help.
